Welcome to The Engine Room, a space built for small group personal training. We bring people together to get stronger, move better, and stay motivated. It’s all about real progress, community, and feeling your best.

We run on a class-based system with a variety of sessions to keep training interesting and effective. Our program includes strength training, HIIT, conditioning, and mobility classes, all designed to help you build a balanced level of fitness. Each class has a clear purpose and structure, so you always know what you’re working toward. Whether you’re looking to lift heavier, improve endurance, or just feel fitter day to day, there’s a session that fits your goals.

Classes for every goal

At The Engine Room, we offer a variety of classes to suit different goals and fitness levels. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, burn calories, or work on mobility, there’s a session designed for you. Each class is structured to challenge you, keep things interesting, and help you make real progress — all while training in a supportive, motivating environment. No matter your experience or goal, you’ll find a class that fits your needs and pushes you forward. We run classes for different age groups and even for couples, keeping numbers small with a maximum of eight participants per session to make sure everyone gets the right level of attention and space to work.

How it works

8 People Max Per Class

Our classes are capped at eight participants to make sure everyone has enough space and attention. Small groups create a supportive environment where you can focus on your form and progress without feeling crowded. It also helps build a community, where members motivate and encourage each other every session.

45-50 Minute Classes

Each session is structured to make the most of your time. You’ll start with a warm-up, move into the main workout, and finish with a short cool-down and stretch. The length is designed to be challenging yet manageable, so you can fit consistent training into your weekly routine.

Maximum Effort

Every class is built to push you and help you achieve real results. Whether it’s strength, conditioning, or mobility, the focus is on giving your best each session. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and ready for the next challenge.
